The location was excellent, walkable to Pekan Rabu, Dataran and many eateries in town. Parking spots were available in front on the hotel. reception staff and the manager on duty Ms Azni were pleasant and very welcoming. Ms Azni pleasantly shared touristic information, her gesture was much appreciated. the room was spacious, basic but tastefully furnished. The housekeeping was quick and service the room daily. Room amenities was complete. Lifts moved quickly, no waiting time. Breakfast was the highlight, elaborative spread, tasteful and ample. The restaurant was also very spacious.

Small but nice and clean room n toilet.. just nice for single traveller.. if for couple also ok..but not with kids it'll be cramped - shops all nearby within walking distance - Staff at the reception was welcoming and informative ..we arrived very late at midnight Beds comfortable and clean Toilet clean but small... Nice for locals but for foreigners might be a bit cramp

Is about 3 or 4 minutes walking from hotel to Masjid Zahir. From window can be seen Masjid Zahir, Dataran Alor Setar, Menara Alor Setar. Very near to Pekan Rabu. Easy to explain to the hailing driver the location as it is well known hotel. Breakfast is superb. Room service menu is good price. For lunch if to try nasi campur, there is, just behind the building, near to river. Delicous, clean and good price. For animal lovers, no need to bring cat's or dog's food because haven't seen any stray cats or dogs in that area.

I like the 90s vibes of Alor Setar where this hotel is located. The reception staff were welcoming. The lobby was nice, cozy. The room was clean, bed sheet, pillows and towel seemed all clean well prepared. Quiet room on fourth floor.

Overall, my stay for one night and breakfast were great. So convenient for 2 adult person travelling. The pricenis so affordable. The staff are friendly. Its a great thing that i can reserve a parking. It is so convenient.

The restaurant was great. The server was attentive and helpful in choosing the correct drinks that paired with the menu. The bell boy was very helpful bringing my bag from the front door to the frontdesk.

Not putting a high expectation but overall it was a great experience. location was just opposite Pekan Rabu & lots of restaurant around the hotel. Food was ok since it was for sahur with not much of options provided. However taste wise is A-OK.

The room were clean, tidy & bright. The vehicle parking was easy & free for use by the patron. The breakfast were good & the coffee house were spacious & comfortable to dine during breakfast

The location of the Hotel was a bit difficult at first. Even though this was my first Hotel in central Kedah, I liked it. It's close to the outside food court. Breakfast was sufficient and had many choices.
